When I was playing Valorant with my friend my game crashed we were in the character picking screen and I had opened up the launcher then the game said please close the client because it had encountered an error. I tried doing this by pressing the quit game option. After pressing the quit game option I get a prompt telling me if I quit the game I'll get a penalty, I had no choice but to close the launcher because I didn't want to get a penalty for going afk, after I closed the launcher I had re-opened it I tried to go into a game and I get a 4 hour penalty. Is this happening to anyone else? To me this is very frustrating and annoying because my game crashes so much so I get nervous of getting a penalty when I try to re-open the game and I get the prompt.
