While playing since its launch my two biggest problems are, that in a queue for a match once I made it in the match I selected an agent and after the selection i was stuck in the loading screen for half the match and after words I was penalized for it, and now I'm waiting 60 minutes till I can queue again. My second problem is I feel like the punishment timer could be worked on, what I suggest is instead of having a timer of 40 minutes if you disconnect then reconnect to the match don't make the punishment 40 minutes have it be 20 or something like that. For instance earlier today I got disconnected from my match and then I reconnected so I don't agree with my punishment for that to be 40 minutes long however say that I purposely disconnected then I agree my punishment should be 40 minutes or longer.
