Your best to open a support ticket, as that is the best option to get your issue resolved. It is also day one of the release and unfortunately this isn't the only issue that has arisen.
My suggestion is to submit a support ticket (https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us) and wait for support to get in contact.
