I got into valorant when it first got released but I never really played it cause I never had friends to play this game with. I've only recently started playing this game a few months ago because my girlfriend started playing. Recently a few days ago, I got hit with perma suspension on my account because of "third-party software" detection when I don't have any third-party software installed. I've only played the game for a few months and let alone 2-4 unrated games per day and 1-2 competitive games myself. I'm only Gold 1 and I'd be IMMO-Radiant if I was actually cheating. The perma suspension actually came right after I just bought my first skin in valorant and this is depressing to hear. I've contacted Riot team support for Valorant and they actually don't give a shit about you. They just send you mostly the same automated messages. They don't even specify the program related that was detected as a "third-party" software.
It's funny because I have second valorant account as well that I've created recently to try reach level 20 so I can grind rank with my girlfriend. I don't understand why my main account got banned but my other account didn't get banned despite playing both accounts on the same computer. I've read numerous articles of certain people getting banned after they have purchased skins and sadly, I've fallen to be one of the victims. I've tried my best to contact the support team and even offered them to reviewed my account through gameplay analysis to show them that I have no cheated or use any "third-party" software to help assist me in the game. I even offered them my tag for my secondary account for them to review that I'm not cheating to justify for my first account but they don't care and they won't do anything. They're just lazy employees who say they'd do further investigations but they won't provide the necessary hard evidence for us players.
Side note, I've even played counter strike for at least 9 years and I've never been hit by a VAC banned. I made one purchase in valorant and I got permanent suspended. What a joke.
