I'm normally getting 32ms on Oregon servers but for about two weeks now it's been around 98ms and higher. I've noticed that if I exit game and log back in several times the issue usually fixes itself and drops back down to 32ms. What the hell is going on? I've reinstalled the client and tried opening a ticket and contacted my IP but zero help so far.
