The only thing I could think of when it comes to a internet issue is possibly a bandwidth issue? Make sure that you aren't going over the limit of devices connected to the internet that your internet provider suggests.

For those players that are having Lag and/or latency (Ping) issues follow these simple steps to see if it can resolve your issues. If one step doesn't work go to the next.
Restart your modem by unplugging it from the wall for 30 seconds then restarting.
Check your connection speed --> https://www.speedtest.net/ (Generally if its more than 30-50mb download speed its ok. Remember faster the better!)

Flush your DNS, this can be done by opening command prompt and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" Without the ""
-You could also try some Youtube Tutorials on ping/latency issues to try and solve the issue.
