My friend hadn't played Valorant since some time shortly after release but he wants to play again. He's on the same computer, but this time when he clicks the play button, the game launches (you can tell because it's on the task manager) but there is no window. His cursor gets the loading swirl forever but nothing happens and it stays that way until we kill the app with the task manager.
We've tried several fixes including adjusting firewall settings, disabling 3rd party antivirus, and clean resinstalls twice and the same issue remains. It seems like Vanguard might be catching something but I don't really know what it could be. Any ideas of what to do or how to check what Vanguard might be catching? We're at a loss.
