I would recommend to avoid updating your Win 11 on the latest version and KB5006050 pack.
Update has serious problems and most likely your Valorant will not work after the update. So wait at least for a week as Win rolls out a new update. In the meantime there is a fix changing your system date via control panel for 1 day advance and restart your PC. That should resolve the problem regarding the TPM 2.0 and safe boot. Whoever has Win 11 this options were mandatory to install win 11 so naturally u did not change these settings , as in my case they remain Enabled and untouched . If that is a case and u have errors as mentioned above thios should fix ur problem
