I need help pls. I keep getting an error and I can't fix it.

Hi I need some help, I keep getting and error code val 21 and I've used the Command Prompt in admin mode and entered these commands.

ipconfig/release

ipconfig/all

ipconfig/flush

ipconfig/renew

netsh int ip set dns

netsh winsock reset

I tryed Flushing my DNS by typing "ipconfig /flushdns" in the cmd but that didn't work, I reinstalled the game twice and restarted my computer but still I get error code 21.

I Really need someone's help!
