Hello, I was loading into a replication match and after we had picked our agent and were on the loading screen, I was sent back to lobby for no reason. All it said in chat was "You have been kicked from queue." with no explanation. I just thought it was a glitch so it wasn't much of a problem, no warning or anything, pretty normal. So I queue up again, yada yada characters picked, back to the loading screen, and it freezes. It usually takes a little if someone on either team has bad wifi or something, so I let it go and wait. My connection's pretty good so my game rarely crashes, but when it does it just re-opens and puts me back in my game. This time, it just completely crashed my pc. My Spotify stopped, my discord closed, and then my screen was just black. I tried to open Task Manager but even that wouldn't open, so I eventually had to restart my computer. I hadn't been afk for a while and my last offense penalty was just a warning so my penalty shouldn't have been too long, 5-10 minutes or so which is fine. But I log back in, and it sends me back to the loading screen for about 20 seconds then back to the lobby. I get an afk offense which was talking about a ban from valorant if this continued, which it never said before? I queue to see what my penalty is and it said 60 minutes. I look at chat and I see some ggs from the people in the match which means the match already ended, but how come I got such a long penalty for a, something that wasn't my fault, and b, I hadn't gotten a penalty before this?
