I was just queuing for a normal unrated game and then the map starts loading and after that it keeps on loading and then it disconnects me and gives me a 1 hour ban saying i did not pick an agent how the hell am i supposed to pick an agent when i was shown the loading screen and when i checked the ping all servers where above 100 i think that is the cause i don't know pls fix this and pls don't give an hour ban i think 5 minutes should be the maximum time my internet is very good i don't know why this is happening
