Draganslayer Make sure you've activated the Contract for the Agent, and also if the bar suddenly goes empty, it might be because you've passed a Tier and since you're at the beginning of the next Tier, the bar will be empty again, click on the Agent Contract to see what Tier you're in and what Tier the Agent unlock is.
