Cypher while arguably one of the best agents in the game, imo still is in need of more new player support.
The trap wires - Cypher's best ability, $200 each, can be deployed anywhere in the map and alerts Cypher when someone breaks or walks through.
The cyber cages - The weakest and cheapest ability at $100. Creates a circular screen room around the deployed cyber cage core and makes a radio noise when enemies walk through.
I propose Cypher be given an increased cap on trapwires from 2 to 3 to make up for his fairly weak utility cover.
The cage lasting only 7 seconds is only really useful for covering a door to walk past since Brimstone smokes, Omen's shadows, Jett's wind covers all are longer making them prime utilities. And cages can only be manually deployed, it should automatically deploy like the alarm bot, can be destroyed at the core, and will alert cypher when the cage activates. Along with this cypher's cage limit will be increased to 3.
People will argue this is broken asf, but it's only broken if the cypher is good like how Reyna is considered a C tier agent despite carrying in competitive.
Tldr; new players need more help getting into Cypher, increase his trapwire and cyber cage caps to 3, make cages activate automatically and alert Cypher.
