I believe ranked should have a clear score which displays how many points we gain or lose after each game. Increase slightly, decrease greatly, promoted... this really doesnt do it for me. If I lose one game and get demoted, after which I win 3 games and still dont promote, I really start to question how much Ive fallen in rank and how little I gained in those three games.
Besides I think visualising the rank in numbers, just like overwatch, motivates me more. There must be a difference between a player that is lets say barely plat1 and someone that is plat1 but close to plat2.
